Cancellation & Refund Policy

Amirthavanam Organic is committed to delivering the highest quality goods. Because we deal in perishable and consumable organic food items, we adhere to a strict cancellation and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our facility. To cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@amirthavanam.com or call our WhatsApp support with your Order ID.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, tampered with, or expired upon delivery, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence.

3. Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, or if an item issue is successfully verified by our team, we will initiate a refund.

Refunds for eligible cancellations or damaged goods will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (via Razorpay). Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

4. Failed Transactions

If money is debited from your account but the order is not placed (failed transaction), please do not panic. The money is automatically refunded by Razorpay to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
